Mountain View Prep's preschool classroom is for children who are around 36 months to 48 months old. Your child now shows an increase in verbal and social skills, along with an increase in self help and self awareness skills.
In this phase of learning, your child will experience the adventure of learning with Art, Blocks, Home, Language, Library, Math, Science, Sensory, Small Manipulatives, Social Studies and Computer Lab learning centers. Our centers are arranged for individual levels of interest and abilities. Your child will choose from a variety of these centers to promote exploration and discovery learning.
Our typical preschool day features:
- Specially created curriculum to enhance math, reading and writing skills.
- Curriculum that enriches cognitive concepts and skills in problem solving and analysis.
- Curriculum that focuses on language development.

Our low student to teacher ratios allow our teachers to treat each child as an individual. Each child's day will be based around their skill and academic level. You will receive daily feedback about your child's day, along with weekly lesson plans to keep you well informed. Your child is changing on a daily basis and our preschool classroom will help to make these transition smoothly.
